wiziw.com was established in 1998 and has been providing hosting service only since then. We do not provide other services except web hosting as it is our business focus. Our target customers are those who are looking for a information website and emails for their companies or private use. These customers form more than 90% of our business and many of them have been with us for many years. Our strategy is to provide our customers the best value at budget cost.

You are probably wondering how we can charge as much as 70% less than our competition and still be in business, right?

First of all, we run a tight ship. We run very few marketing campaigns or advertisements. Many of our customers are from referrals. We don't have beautiful office. We automate our processes such as sending invoices via email and a good automated back-end system. This saves us time and money. We watch our spending carefully. We use free or low cost resources such as emails and internet phone for support communications.   

Second, we are transparent with what we do. We show our prices on our web for everyone to compare. There are no tricks in what we do, just good, old-fashioned, reliable and honest business principles. We collect money in advance for administrative reason and refund you if you decide to stop the service. This is unlike some companies that collect 6-month upfront and refuse to refund you even when you want to change / upgrade services. In other words, you continue to pay the old service and also pay the upgraded service (ie. pay 2 times for using only one service). Please be careful. They do this in the name of their company's billing policies. They will tell you that you have clicked on the "I agree to the terms and conditions" when you sign up. The terms and conditions are longer than the newspaper and you never understand when they are talking.

Quite often we are asked if we bait our customers with low prices and then charge high renewal prices. Anybody that expects us to do that will be disappointed. So, your renewal rates will be no higher than the rate you paid when you initially registered with us. You get better value over the years if the cost remains unchanged. We will pass cost to customers only when some monopolies increase their price and we are very transparent on this. eg. Registrar increases the domain fee.

What is the end result of all these? Well, we are happy to tell you that we are a small but profitable company that expects to be in business for many years to come. All this, of course, is due to value-conscious customers like you.
